Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Please note that English books may have a longer delivery time, this can be up to 3 weeks as we depend on foreign suppliers.

We ship our products via reliable courier and postal services.

• Within the Netherlands: €6.95 via PostNL

• International: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight during checkout.

 

3. Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are:

• Within the Netherlands: 1-3 working days

• Within Europe: 3-7 working days

• Outside Europe: 7-14 working days
