The Bookwyrm's Hoard offers a wide range of book related products including books, bookmarks, e-reader skins and 'Blind Date with a Book' boxes. While we do our best to describe and represent our products accurately, slight variations may occur.

 

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via our website. Payment must be made via the available payment methods. An order will only be processed after receipt of full payment.

 

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within the stated delivery time. The Bookwyrm's Hoard is not responsible for delays caused by external parties, such as postal or courier services.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it. To do this, please contact us at customerservice@thebookwyrmshoard.nl and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
